RepLog Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app “RepLog” handles data.
RepLog helps you quickly save strength training records and review them later.
1. Information stored by RepLog
To provide its features, RepLog stores information that you enter in the app, including the following:
- Training sessions
- Exercise names
- Set details
- Weight
- Reps
- Assisted / unassisted rep counts
- Training location
- Notes
- In-app settings
RepLog does not require account creation.
RepLog does not ask for your name, address, phone number, or similar personal profile information in the app.
2. Where data is stored
RepLog data is generally stored on your device.
When iCloud sync is available, supported data such as training records is synced through your own iCloud account. This uses Apple’s iCloud / CloudKit system.
RepLog does not send or store your training records on a server operated by the developer.
3. iCloud sync
If you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud is available, RepLog can sync supported data through iCloud. This allows records to stay in sync across devices using the same Apple ID.
Data stored in iCloud is also subject to Apple’s iCloud and Apple ID settings.
You can still use RepLog with on-device storage if you do not use iCloud sync.
4. Developer access to training records
RepLog does not send your training records to a server operated by the developer.
As a result, the developer does not normally view the training records you enter in the app.
5. Notifications
RepLog may use local notifications to let you know when a rest timer ends.
Notifications are handled on the device and do not send training records to an external server.
Notification permissions can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.
6. Ads, analytics, and tracking
RepLog does not currently use any of the following:
- Advertising SDKs
- Analytics SDKs
- Tracking SDKs
- Third-party advertising networks
- Selling or sharing training records with third parties
If ads, analytics, or Pro features are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated, and the App Store privacy information will be updated as needed.
7. Third-party services
RepLog uses Apple iCloud / CloudKit for iCloud sync.
For information about how iCloud handles data, please also review Apple’s privacy policy and iCloud settings.
8. Data deletion
You can delete data stored by RepLog through in-app actions, by deleting the app, or through iOS / iCloud settings.
When iCloud sync is used, iCloud data may be synced with other devices.
To delete synced data completely, please also check the app data stored in iCloud.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when app features, legal requirements, or platform requirements change.
